Start with the system, version, date, environment and responsible source. Make the subject of the claim specific enough to inspect.

Link the artifact and its methodology. Include dates and integrity hashes where practical, so the evidence can be followed beyond the page.
The cinematic archive has a scene file, film and manifest. The manifest names resolution, renderer, byte size and SHA-256.
Say what the evidence does not establish. Avoid implied customers, universal integrations or performance that has not been measured.
An implemented grant bridge is not a live data transfer. An exported website is not a production deployment.
A metric needs a baseline, sample, reporting period, exclusions and a measurement owner. Without those, a number can tell the wrong story.
